My name is Benjamin Ury. I am a senior in the Bachelors Program for Adults and Transfer Students Media Studies program at the New School. My interests include media studies, photography, climate change, literature, and creative writing. The celebrity change-maker I have chosen for this week is Al Gore who has contributed enormously in the fight against climate change.
I remember watching An Inconvenient Truth as a teenager and it gave me an understanding of the climate crisis that I have carried with me ever since.
